Investigating Job Stress and Job Satisfaction and Their Impact on Job Perfomance

Resumen

In today's competitive environment, the use of human resources determines the
success or failure, and how to effectively manage the use of employees, enabling them
to achieve high satisfaction and high performance, which is currently an important issue
of human resource management. Therefore, this article will focus on job satisfaction,
job stress, and job performance through designed questionnaires. Which were analyzed
using SPSS software to explore job satisfaction, job stress, job performance, and
demographic variables relationship with each other. Finally, the reuse relationship
matrix chart compares the different industries that face different job stress employees
and job satisfaction with the impact of job performance. The proposed assessment
model that can make optimal business decision-makers could be corrected with a
personnel system to improve employee satisfaction and high job performance.
The results showed that traditional industries for job satisfaction and demographic
variables have some significant differences. Whereas, job satisfaction and job stress
showed a significant negative correlation for job satisfaction and job performance are
significantly related. The electronic foundry industry for job satisfaction and
demographic variables have some significant differences in job satisfaction and job
stress have a significant negative correlation for job satisfaction and job performance is
a positive correlation, but no significant correlation between each other. Finally, the
relationship matrix to compare their research results showed two industries most ask is
"Strengthening area" and " Negative strengthen area". There are fewer items that will
fall to ask are “Doting Area”, “Negative strengthen area” and “Treason area” of the
junction. After comparing the matrix, use the box plot to identify deviations from the
value, and so determine which is more obvious outliers. Thus, the outliers can be made
for these job satisfactions, which might need to be strengthened to reduce the job stress
or enhance job performance recommendations.
